For Online Purchases:

You must include your License, Customer or Invoice ID with your request.

For Retail Purchases:

If you are dissatisfied with our software that you bought from any of our retail partners, you must mail a photocopy of the receipt and the original CD with the License ID that you purchased within 15 business days of purchase and we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price. Any returns not post marked within 15 days of the purchase date on the receipt will not be honored. All retail refunds will be made in check form. No compensation will be made for postage or courier fees.
